Real Estate Course Completion

We are dedicated to ensuring your success in the real estate course through our scholarship fund. To guide you towards a fruitful learning experience, we have established the following standards:

• Course Progression:
  • Within the initial 30 days of attendance, recipients are required to complete a minimum of 1/3 of the course, equivalent to 3 modules or 24 hours of coursework.
• Intermediate Milestone:
  • Recipients should aim to finish the second 1/3 of the course within a maximum of 60 days from the commencement of attendance. This stage will bring your total completed coursework to 50 hours, enhancing your foundation in real estate.
• Final Stretch:
  • The final 3 modules of the course should be completed within 90 days from the beginning of attendance. By accomplishing this, you will have successfully fulfilled a total of 75 hours of coursework, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape.

While there is no fixed time frame for course completion, the scholarship opportunity is available for 90 days from enrollment. This allows recipients to expedite their learning and complete the full 75 hours, even in as little as 2 weeks (9 modules), should they wish to do so.

Completion Beyond 90 Days:

Should recipients not complete the 75-hour requirement within the 90-day scholarship window, the option to finalize the course is still available. A one-time payment of $349 provides access to complete the course, regardless of the hours already completed.
